Taylor was born and raised in the northwest, attending Mercer Island High School before obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon. He then attended Seattle University Law School, graduating in 2017. Taylor worked as a Rule 9 intern and clerk for partner Kelley Sweeney at a Fortune 100 insurance company during his third year of law school. He then rejoined the same office as a full-time attorney after passing the bar exam.

 

Taylor has worked in various roles during his career, practicing insurance defense and defending commercial and personal lines policy holders in civil lawsuits. He has obtained a wealth of experience defending various types of civil lawsuits including personal injury and property damage cases. He has taken multiple cases to trial and has arbitrated and settled a large number of cases.

 

Taylor enjoys reading, exercising, and watching sports in his free time.
