Roni Woodard was raised on Shaw Island, Washington. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Forestry from the University of Washington in 2021 and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Penn State Law in 2025. During law school, she worked for the Berks County District Attorney’s Office in Reading, Pennsylvania as a certified legal intern, which ignited her passion for zealous advocacy and gave her valuable courtroom experience.

She also served as Executive Chair of the Penn State Law Appellate Moot Court Board and was an Octofinalist in the John J. Gibbons National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition in 2024. After law school, she clerked for the Honorable Merrill M. Spahn, Jr., on the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she gained deeper insight into courtroom procedure and honed her legal research and writing skills. She joined our firm in 2026 and practices out of our Bellingham office.

Outside of the office, Roni enjoys spending time outdoors, playing mandolin, learning American Sign Language, and watching women’s baseball and hockey (Go Torrent!).
