Kerri is a native of Washington. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington State University in 2012 with her BA in Humanities. Kerri attended Seattle University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2015. While at Seattle University she clerked for the Torts Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and for The Honorable Justice Warren E. Jones (Ret.) of the Idaho State Supreme Court. Kerri practices from the firm’s Seattle office.
Prior to attending Seattle University School of Law, Kerri spent years working as a paralegal for both insurance defense and plaintiff personal injury firms. Since graduating from law school, Kerri’s career has focused predominantly on insurance defense, including working for several years

Kerri has extensive experience representing individual and corporate insureds on a variety of claims involving personal injuries, premises liability, wrongful death, and property damage. After joining Simmons Sweeny Freimund Smith Tardif, PLLC in February 2022, Kerri began defending municipal damage claims in addition to her insurance defense work. In March 2023, Kerri also began working as a Special Assistant Attorney General defending tort claims against DCYF. During her free time Kerri enjoys traveling the world, reading, and spending time with her family.
